AN ARCHITECTURAL MASTERPIECE
Our Madison clients purchased this half acre block with a clear vision - to create a bold, modern industrial home. They envisioned grand open spaces, a striking two storey void, a breezeway, and an internal garden as the home’s centrepiece. Natural light was key, along with a generous alfresco area and a pool designed for effortless entertaining.
Working closely with our clients and a draftsman, we brought their dream to life. Delivering the breezeway and expansive two storey glass windows that frame the internal garden required carefully engineered structural steel, allowing us to achieve both the scale and openness they were after without compromising on strength or design integrity.
Despite the project unfolding during COVID lockdowns, which introduced material delays and construction challenges, strong communication and proactive planning ensured the build stayed on track, resulting in a seamless and highly refined finished home.
FAVOURITE FEATURES
The modern front facade is an architectural statement. The flat roof, concealed timber-clad garage, and black Colorbond interlocking cladding - we just love it.
The kitchen is stunning. It features black joinery, a coffee nook, butlers ’s pantry, a servery window, and a huge 3m Caesarstone airy concrete island bench.
The walk-in robe. Our clients have a his and hers side, floor to ceiling mirror, polytec Empire Oak joinery and LED strip lighting. It feels so luxe.
