From The Ground Up

Working with Jai was a wonderful experience. We went into the project expecting a few hiccups. Thankfully, we did not experience any with the help of Jai and his team at Three Eight Building Group. Jai was attentive, on the job site every day, and up front and direct about the process from start to finish.

The working relationship was a breeze, Jai was respectful of what we, the homeowners wanted out of our new home and delivered in spades. Jai has a wealth of knowledge and was diligent when bringing up any considerations we might want to be aware of before making any major decisions. Jai and his team take pride in the work they do and the service they provide is second to none.

You can be certain the details are always accounted for and the workmanship is of the highest quality. We cannot imagine a better experience and are so grateful that we chose Three Eight Building Group to help us build a home for our family.

Jai and his team completed our beautiful home on time and within budget. We had an amazing experience with Three Eight Building Group and would have no hesitation in recommending their services.”

How many times have you thought to yourself, or heard people say, that they wish they could find a reliable and competent builder to quote on their new home, renovation or extension. Well, not even Covid and all of its associated restrictions, shortages and concerns could throw Jai and his extremely talented team at “Three Eight Building Group” off track to completing a high end extension with quality finishes and both on time, and more importantly on budget with estimates given.

Even when a discrepancy between the structural plans and the actual existing building became apparent, and what seemed like a monumental error that could have meant a redraw of the plans, Jai simply worked his way through the problem by liaising with the relevant suppliers to produce a suitable and appropriate solution without creating delays or extra expenses. All of the trades used in the project were extremely reliable, polite, clean and more than capable of achieving the high quality of finish that we hoped for and achieved. In particular, the quality of the woodwork and joinery is outstanding.

We already have passed on contact details for Jai and his “Three Eight Building” team to several people both friends and neighbours and will continue to encourage anyone that we speak to, whom is contemplating engaging a builder, to contact him because we honestly believe that his demeanour, endeavour, reliability, and quality is second to none.

From our first meeting with Jai, we knew Three Eight Building Group was the perfect choice for our home renovation. His professionalism right from start put our minds at ease and within a very short space of time he presented us with a draft outlining his interpretation of our vision.

Jai explained everything to us in great detail and also suggested some great design and layout options that we hadn’t even thought of, and after several discussions we were wrapped with our final design drawings. We were then involved in meetings with the cabinet maker to decide on finishes and stone etc… each time Jai being there to ensure our vision and expectations were being met.

During the process, the Three Eight team on site kept us informed the whole way through and were more than happy to accommodate some small changes we made as the build progressed.

We were amazed that Jai and his team were able to co-ordinate the entire job in such a short time frame– 9 weeks from start to finish, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product – we just love it!

We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Three Eight Building Group to any of our family and friends or to anyone looking for a quality builder who will listen and work with you to deliver you the dream home you always wanted.
