How many times have you thought to yourself, or heard people say, that they wish they could find a reliable and competent builder to quote on their new home, renovation or extension. Well, not even Covid and all of its associated restrictions, shortages and concerns could throw Jai and his extremely talented team at “Three Eight Building Group” off track to completing a high end extension with quality finishes and both on time, and more importantly on budget with estimates given.

Even when a discrepancy between the structural plans and the actual existing building became apparent, and what seemed like a monumental error that could have meant a redraw of the plans, Jai simply worked his way through the problem by liaising with the relevant suppliers to produce a suitable and appropriate solution without creating delays or extra expenses. All of the trades used in the project were extremely reliable, polite, clean and more than capable of achieving the high quality of finish that we hoped for and achieved. In particular, the quality of the woodwork and joinery is outstanding.

From our first meeting with Jai, we knew Three Eight Building Group was the perfect choice for our home renovation. His professionalism right from start put our minds at ease and within a very short space of time he presented us with a draft outlining his interpretation of our vision.

Jai explained everything to us in great detail and also suggested some great design and layout options that we hadn’t even thought of, and after several discussions we were wrapped with our final design drawings. We were then involved in meetings with the cabinet maker to decide on finishes and stone etc… each time Jai being there to ensure our vision and expectations were being met.

During the process, the Three Eight team on site kept us informed the whole way through and were more than happy to accommodate some small changes we made as the build progressed.
