BLACK BEAUTY
Our Mount Martha client initially came to us with a set of drawings she wasn't entirely happy with. We ended up scraping the initial plans and she worked with a draftsman to completely redesign this home. This full knockdown/rebuild was once an old two storey house on the perfect piece of land, now it is a stunning single storey home design exactly the way our client wanted it. The only thing left standing after the demolition was the pool, which was completely refurbished and allowed the backyard and landscaping to be designed around it.
FAVOURITE FEATURES
The concealed front door. Such a cool addition and feature for the front facade.
The custom steel doors to the backyard. These are stunning and provide so much natural light.
The Kitchen. This beauty won us the 2024 HIA award for best new Kitchen in the $40,000 - $80,000 category. We are so proud of it.
